About Anthony

Hi, I’m Anthony, the photographer behind Anthony Almond Photography. I love capturing those moments that only last but a split second and preserving them as memories that last a lifetime.

I’ve been photographing weddings, sports, and other events for more than 12 years. I launched my business in 2008 while studying photojournalism at the University of Missouri and continued it throughout my graduate studies in journalism and mass communication where I also taught undergraduates the principles of visual communication. 

As such, I excel at capturing candid moments and creating a visual narrative of your wedding day or special event. I take an unobtrusive, photojournalistic approach to documenting weddings and other events.

When I’m not behind the camera, I enjoy adventuring into nature and learning about the history of my local area. You may even see me on stage in local theatrical performances.
